Hi there,
We’ve set up a form with Contact Form 7 and purchased your Stripe integration. Testing seems to run well (test mode enabled on Stripe currently) but the Cc: and Bcc: emails will not come through. We deactivated all plugins and isolated the Stripe plugin is the only thing preventing more than one CC or any Bcc from happening. Just an email to the main recipient and one CC but that seems finicky as well. Any help you can provide would be great.
*The form itself with [submit] button works great with Bcc and CC.
** The form behaves like above description with [stripe description:rental amount:5000 currency:USD class:button “Submit Now”] as the button. It’s as if the browser, or form disregards anything beyond the main email or first CC: email address…
Hi there,
are you on latest version?
Hi!
It looks like we’re on 1.0.4. I can update to 1.0.5 which I see is available. It’s unclear by the changelog if this will help however. Any other thoughts you have are appreciated!
Hello,
We are now using v 1.0.5 and no luck. The email is sent, and received by the primary recipient BUT the CC’d, and BCC’d emails were not received.
Let me know what else we can do. We’ve disabled all plugins and tested with no luck.
Thanks,
–gordon
We found the issue and an update is in queue.
Hello!
version 1.0.6 is closer! The CC’d person went through but Bcc: and Reply-To: lines in the “Additional Headers” of Contact Form 7 seem to be ignored still.
Let me know if you need any additional info.
Thanks for your help!
Do you have set the additional headers in CF7 using line breaks?
Any chance you have an update on this? Unfortunately, we cannot place CC:email@emailaddress.comBcc:email2@emailaddress.comReply-To:[contact-email]
on the same line. It triggers a Contact Form 7 error.
Please see here how it works: https://imgur.com/a/9NyW5Vi
Thanks. I reordered the additional headers but still not getting the BCC nor Reply-to to work. See what I have. Reply-to header is not functional. Nor BCC no matter the order.
CC is working great.

And you are on 1.0.6?
We can not validate this, because it works on our site without any problems.
Excellent! I have upgraded to 1.0.7 and CC and Reply-To now work. Great! BCC does not still but I can work with this for now. Not sure if it’s my configuration (see the pic above) or something else causing the BCC to not work but thank you for working with me on this. I like the plugin very much.
DID YOUR PLUGIN WORK FOR STRIPE SUBSCRIPTION???
Currently this is not supported.
