[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you get a “Geocoder failed due to: REQUEST_DENIED” error, then right click on yoursite, click on inspect and open the browser console. Reload your store locator page, and watch out for Google Errors. An example below:[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2361″ css=”.vc_custom_1588320770200{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][vc_column_text]Example above shows this error.

Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

Also please make sure you have setup your API Key correctly in the Google Console:

  • Allow your domain to access the key
  • Enable: Google Places API Web Service
  • Enable: Google Maps JavaScript
  • Enable: Google Maps Geocoding

You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

    Hi,
    yes I enabled.
if you go to the link you can see the error in the console.

I have also problem with the modal view….the page is totally black…(there’s black background set) even if manually removed it’s not usable.

can you have a look at it?

    thank you

We continue to this get error mssg: ‘Geocoder failed due to: REQUEST_DENIED’ despite having set up the Google Maps API, site is verified etc – can you provide some clear direction on what needs to be done to resolve the issue.

    Thank you –
