How can I translate the plugin (WPML)?

  1. Go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization
  2. Check “WordPress Helpdesk”
  3. Click on “Scan selected Plugins for Strings”
  4. After scan you can click on the “wordpress-helpdesk” texdomain link and start translation
  5. Alternative you can go to string translation: wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-string-translation%2Fmenu%2Fstring-translation.php&context=wordpress-helpdesk

  1. Go to “Create new FAQ”
  2. On the bottom click on “Make FAQs translateable”
  3. Then check all custom taxonomies to “translate”
  4. Repeat this step for the ticket part
