Override Templates (Theme Support)

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]To override the templates shipped within the plugin you should read the following steps:

  1. There are 3 templates files in total
    1. FAQ Archive (admin/views/archive-faq_topic.php)
    2. Single FAQ (admin/views/single-faq.php)
    3. Single Ticket (admin/views/single-ticket.php)
  2. Copy the file you want to adjust to your theme into your Child-Theme folder
  3. Then you can start modifying this template file
